Anaka Styba Registered Psychologist, CRC, Certified Imago Relationship Therapist

Anaka Styba, MA, CRC, is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship distress, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, betrayal, major decisions, and life transitions.

Her approach is practical, collaborative, and relationship-focused. Anaka helps clients understand the patterns beneath difficult interactions and develop healthier ways of communicating, responding, and reconnecting.

Anaka has been in clinical practice since 2007. She began training in Imago Relationship Therapy that same year, began incorporating the approach into her work in 2008, and became a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist in 2011. She has also completed foundational training in EMDR and maintains her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential.
